Can I use it even if there is no trading volume and wallet balance?

Yes, that's right. For the first month (31 days), as long as the partner registration through the ROA exchange is confirmed, indicators will be provided for free without conditions even if the trading volume or wallet balance is 0. Feel free to experience the performance of the indicators.

What are the conditions for a free extension (5 transactions)?

This is the minimum activity criterion to prevent ghost accounts. If there are at least 5 trading records regardless of the amount within the period, the next month will be extended for free. (Active Partner Certification)

Is it okay to have an existing exchange account?

Yes, it is possible. Partner registration can be done through 'referral change' or 're-registration (before KYC)' depending on the policies of each exchange. Please refer to the exchange guide for more details.
