Welcome to the Roa Community website ("Website"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to this Website and the purchase of our TradingView indicators and related software ("Product"). By accessing our site or purchasing our Product, you agree to these Terms.
2. Merchant of Record (Payment Processing)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy.
Role: Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all orders. This means they handle the payment securely and manage tax compliance (VAT/Sales Tax).
Agreement: When you purchase a product, you are entering into a contractual relationship with Lemon Squeezy for the transaction, subject to their Terms of Service.
3. Service Provision & Delivery
Manual Access: Access to "Invite-only scripts" on TradingView is granted manually by the Roa Community team.
Timeframe: We aim to verify your payment and send the invitation within 24 hours.
User Responsibility: You must provide a valid TradingView ID (Username) at checkout. Failure to do so may delay your access.
4. Refund Policy (Strict Digital Content Policy)
Before Access: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase IF the invitation has NOT yet been sent.
After Access (NO REFUNDS): Due to the nature of digital goods, once the script invitation has been sent to your TradingView ID, the service is considered fully consumed, and your right of withdrawal is waived. By purchasing, you explicitly agree to this condition.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The source code, logic, and algorithms of our indicators are the exclusive property of Roa Community. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use them for personal trading. Sharing, reselling, or reverse-engineering the code is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.
6. Disclaimer
This Product is a technical analysis tool, NOT financial advice. Roa Community does not guarantee profits and is not responsible for any trading losses incurred.
PART 2: Privacy Policy
1. Information Collection
We collect minimal data to operate this service:
Directly Collected: TradingView ID, Email Address (for access grant and support).
Payment Data: We DO NOT store credit card details. All financial data is processed and secured by Lemon Squeezy.
2. How We Use Your Data
To fulfill your order (granting access to scripts).
To communicate with you regarding your subscription or updates.
To improve our Website and services.
3. Third-Party Services

구매자 의무: 구매 시 정확한 트레이딩뷰 ID를 입력해야 지연 없이 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
4. 환불 규정 (중요)
권한 부여 전: 초대가 발송되지 않은 경우 구매 후 14일 이내 전액 환불 가능합니다.
권한 부여 후 (환불 불가): 디지털 콘텐츠 특성상, 트레이딩뷰 ID로 초대가 완료된 시점부터는 서비스가 사용된 것으로 간주하여 환불이 절대 불가능합니다. 구매자는 이에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
5. 지식재산권
모든 지표의 소스 코드와 알고리즘은 로아 커뮤니티의 소유입니다. 무단 복제, 공유, 재판매, 유출 시 경고 없이 서비스가 종료되며 민형사상 책임을 질 수 있습니다.
6. 면책 조항
본 제품은 투자 보조 도구일 뿐이며 금융 투자 조언이 아닙니다. 매매의 책임은 전적으로 사용자에게 있습니다.
